ORDER

This Writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to extend the period of approval given to the existing school agency of Valampuri Vadukanthan Higher Secondary School, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District by the respondent vide his letter in Na.Ka.No.3646/A4/2017 dated 07.08.2017 based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2020 made to the respondent.

2. Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the respondent has not received any representation from the petitioner so far. She further submits that if any representation is received, the respondent will consider the same on merits and pass orders.

W.P.(MD)No.7264/2020 4.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representation to the respondent within a period of ten (10) days from the date of copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of thirty (30) days thereafter.

5.With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
