CRL.OP(MD). No.5184 of 2025 learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent police, submits that an enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed as civil in nature. Hence, there is no case and no FIR has been registered against the petitioners. In view of the same, the petitioners have no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
