PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.08.2019 within stipulated time to be fixed by this Court in respect of property in S.F.No.2698/1, old S.F.No.818 A situated Nerur Agaraharam, Nerur Post, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District seeking cancellation of patta stands in the name of the third respondent in patta no.1001. ORDER
This Writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.08.2019 within stipulated time to be fixed by this Court in respect of property in S.F.No.2698/1, old S.F.No.818 A situated Nerur Agaraharam, Nerur Post, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District seeking cancellation of patta stands in the name of the third respondent in patta no.1001.
2. Mr. M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both the counsel, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the enquiry is pending before the second respondent in terms of the letter dated 03.10.2019.

W.P.(MD)No.7262/2020 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the enquiry will be completed and orders will be passed, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner and the private party, namely, the third respondent herein. The petitioner and the third respondent are directed to co-operate with the second respondent for enquiry. No costs.
