Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the death cum retirement gratuity and other retirement benefits to the petitioner along with interest as stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.751, dated 08.10.1991 based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2010, 18.04.2011, 11.02.2013 and 21.07.2014.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the death cum retirement gratuity and other retirement benefits to the petitioner along with interest as stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.751, dated 08.10.1991 based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2010, 18.04.2011, 11.02.2013 and 21.07.2014.
2. Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 31.10.2010, 18.04.2011, 11.02.2013 and 21.07.2014 in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
