ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 & A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 352, 307 and 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.108 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 09.03.2024 at about 09.30 pm., while the defacto complainant was attending a record dance program in Yagulamadha Temple, the petitioners abused him with filthy language and tried to attack him. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioners are having nine previous cases and the investigation is pending. However, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 2/3

5.Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
