The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.4131 of 2016 dated 02.09.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.4131 of 2016 dated 02.09.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police monthly once ie., every first Sunday at 10.30 a.m before the respondent Police and also as and when required until further orders.
