O R D E R

Challenging the impugned FIR in Crime No.39 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent, the petitioner has come forward with this petition before this Court.

2. The abovesaid FIR does not show any specific allegation made against the petitioner and the said case has been registered in 2015. No investigation has been conducted and no final report has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to challenge the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impugned proceedings.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is pending and FIR has been registered against 134 proposed accused. Therefore, the said investigation will be completed within the time as framed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is retiring on November, 2018 from service and therefore, appropriated orders may be passed by this court by directing the first respondent to complete the investigation.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to complete the investigation and submit a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
