ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC., in Crime No.315 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. The petitioners applied for anticipatory bail by filing Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17992 of 2017 and the same was dismissed on merits by my predecessor Judge by order dated 30.01.2018. Thereafter, the second application was moved before this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.4471 of 2018 and that was also dismissed on 02.04.2018. circumstances. Therefore, this Court does not find any merits in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
