COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC in Crime Nos.26 and 27 of 2017 respectively on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that after investigation, final reports have been filed as 'action dropped' and RCS notice was also served on the de-facto complainant and he has also produced a copy of the final reports.
