ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 17.03.2025 under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that there is no case and no petition pending against the petitioners.

3. In view of the above said submission, the petitioners have no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-Police for this time being.
