This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is being harassed in the name of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint and however, the same was closed on 07.07.2017. In the said circumstances, there is no necessity to pass any further order in this case.
