O R D E R
This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents, particularly, the second respondent to conclude the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 02.06.2017, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner met with an accident, on 06.02.2017 and he was admitted in the hospital with the help of a person who caused the accident. Though the name of the said person is one B.Moovendran, no action was taken pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, on 02.06.2017.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submitted
that the complaint originally filed, disclosed that the person who caused the accident, was not identified and that the second respondent will be able to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Recording the said statement of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), the Criminal Original petition is allowed with a direction to the second respondent to conclude the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 02.06.2017, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
