This petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation of the case in Crime No.97 of 2020, which is now pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police to the third respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that pursuant to the investigation, the respondents have filed a final report stating that the case was closed as "undeducted".

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
