O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the respondents and their men not to harass the petitioner by way of foisting false case against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was implicated as an accused in Crime No.163 of 2017, dated 04.05.2017, under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of I.P.C. Though the petitioner obtained an Anticipatory Bail on certain conditions, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner by violating human rights.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner was a history sheeted rowdy even in the year 1992 and more than 41 cases were registered against the petitioner in the past.

5. In the these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to show any indulgence to the petitioner and the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
