O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned F.I.R in Crime No.912 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.912 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 352, 506(ii) of IPC against the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged given by the second respondent, investigation has completed and Final Report has been filed on 21.10.2022 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathanadu, but it was not taken on file so far.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the content of the Final Report, he can workout the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
