Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the Impugned Order in Ref No.20737/E5/2/2020-3 dt 17.02.21 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and further directing the respondents to issue a fresh posting order after conducting a general counseling among the employees concerned. Prayer in W.M.P(MD)No.3051 of 2021 :

To stay the proceedings of Impugned order in No.20737/E5/2/2020-3 dated 17.02.21 on the file of the 1st respondent pending disposal of the above writ Petition.
