The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his wife by interfering with the matrimonial life of the petitioner and his wife.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondent police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
