O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to survey the lands in Survey No.14/33 measuring 4 cents.

2. The petitioner has given a representation way beck on 15.09.2021 and also later on 06.03.2025 seeking issuance of patta. Aggrieved by the inaction upon his representations, this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the sale deed on which reliance is placed on by the writ petitioner does not even referred to any survey number and further the subject survey number.14/33 which the petitioner refers to in the writ affidavit is reflecting only one cent and not 4 cents.

In any event, it is for the authorities to consider the petitioner's documents relied on by the petitioner and his claim of long uninterrupted possession of the subject loans and take a final decision. Therefore, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representations. Accordingly, 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 15.09.2021 and 06.03.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
