The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to enquire into the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.10.2016 and also direct the 1st respondent to monitor the inquiry.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has purchased TVS-50 bearing Registration No.TN 72 AB 2441 by availing a finance from TVS credit service and due to non-payment of the installment, they have taken possession of the vehicle. It is further submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.10.2016 has been enquired by the respondent and it was closed.
