Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent.

2. Today, Mr.R.Karuppiah, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Chinnamanoor Police Station, is present before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.137/2012 has been completed and the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 09.02.2017 and the same has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthammapalayam. Since the petitioner refused to receive the closure report, the same has been pasted on the house door of the petitioner through the Village Administrative Offier.
