This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.04.2021. 2.The petitioner submitted a representation, dated 03.04.2021 before the second respondent to remove the public nuisance and encroachments made by the respondents 3 to 5 herein infront of 'Arjunan Shopping Complex, Main Road, near bus stop, Gandarvakottai, Pudukkottai District.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6104 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the said representation is pending on the file of the second respondent. 4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 herein and conduct enquiry, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
