Side) O R D E R This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2.It appears that the private respondent, who is the brother of the first wife of the third petitioner herein alleged to have made some sort of objection for the marriage to be performed between the second petitioner and the first petitioner herein, due to some age difference. The second petitioner is also present before this Court and stated that with her consent only the above said marriage has been performed. The first petitioner is stated to be the own brother of the third petitioner. 3.Considering the above said situation of the petitioners, let the above said complaint given by the private respondents may be closed by the second respondent.

4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
