O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by M.DHANDAPANI, J.] The present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure his daughter viz., Thenmozhi, abed about 29 years, and his granddaughter minor Athmika @ Athmitha, daughter of Jeganathan (wrongly mentioned as Athmitha in Cr.No.85/2023 instead of Athmika) aged about two years, from the illegal detention of the third respondent, produce them before this Court and set them at liberty.
2. Upon notice, the second respondent secured the detenues and produced them before this Court.
3. On enquiry, the petitioner's daughter Thenmozhi submitted that she and her child are not in illegal detention, as alleged by the petitioner.
4. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
