This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the Respondents No.1 & 2 to execute the Warrant issued against the third respondent, by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi in S.T.C.No.615 of 2015 dated 12.05.2016.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that pending this petition, the third respondent was arrested and produced before the concerned Magistrate and the learned Magistrate has granted bail to her.
3. In view of the above, there is no need to pass any further order in this petition filed by the petitioner to execute the warrant issued against the third respondent.
4. Hence, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
