ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR as against the petitioners in Crime No.58 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent for the alleged offence under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that on the reference under Section 145 Cr.P.C, the Revenue Divisional Officer conducted enquiry and the petitioners are newly elected office bearers of Indira Gandhi Memorial Matric High School, situated at Pasumpon Street, Thirunagar, Madurai. Now the enquiry is also completed and nothing survives in this petition.
