The Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned order of the first respondent in No.007461/tut/2014/349, dated 06.06.2014 and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to refund the amount paid towards the MSO Enrolment No.11948. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. According to the petitioner, he is running the local channel without any remarks and he has no arrears in payment of amount also up to date and the grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a representation to the respondents on 06.06.2014 and so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. Mr.Abdul Saleem, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that they are ready and willing to consider the petitioners' representation within a time limit prescribed by this Court.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2014, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any rival claimant, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
