This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5, not to disburse the retirement benefits to the sixth respondent without settling all the benefits to the petitioner by considering her representation, dated 06.06.2020.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that during the pendency of this writ petition, the retirement benefits were disbursed to the sixth 2/4

respondent and therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs.
