Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to direct the learned Family Court, Madurai to dispose the case in H.M.O.P. No. 358 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 22.04.2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in HMOP No.358 of 2021, with in a period of three months, and the requisition letter dated 21.09.2022 in D.No.1440 of 2022, submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Madurai, this Court made the following order: "The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, sent a letter dated 21.09.2022, seeking further time to dispose of HMOP No.358 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.04.2022.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 21.09.2022, five months time is extended from today to dispose of HMOP No.358 of 2021."
