After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by directing the 3rd respondent/the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Board, Pudukottai to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2022 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.7297 of 2022 law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing such orders, the petitioner shall also be heard. 2.The writ petition stands disposed of, in terms of the above observation. No costs.
