RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time which is already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6351 of 2020 dated 19/06/2020 by this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.CHANDRASEKARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 19.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit Rs.25,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Dean, Pudukottai Medical College Hospital, Pudukottai District on or before 29.06.2020. Since copy of the order was made available on 23.06.2020, he is not in a position to deposit the said amount. Hence he seeks two weeks time to deposit the said amount.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6351 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
