PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.19 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 r/w 120(b) IPC in Crime No.19 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that a property in S.No.50/3A situated in Neelagiri South Garden, Thanjavur District is belongs to the defacto complainant. One portion of the above said property was sold by impersonating as if A2 is having the power deed to A6 on 28.06.2017. The petitioner was signed in the power deed. CRL OP(MD)No.6451 of 2023 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record.

4.It is seen that there are totally 8 accused, in which, the petitioner is arrayed as A3. He also completed law degree. A2 is the petitioner's mother. A2 impersonated the original owner of the property and executed power of attorney in favour of herself, in which, the petitioner and A4 stood as witnesses. Thereafter, A3 had executed sale deed in favour of A6 and A8. Therefore, the petitioner is having specific overt act. Hence, petitioner's custodial interrogation is very much necessary in this case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
