Criminal Original Peition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to transfer the M.C.No.176 of 2016 on the file of Learned Family Court, Madurai to the file of the Learned Family Court at Dindigul, pending disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge(FAC), Family Court, Dindigul vide the letter in D.No.176/2018 dated 27.03.2018 and upon hearing Mr. M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ANTONY JESURAJAN, Advocate for the Respondent, this court made the following order: This Court, by an order dated 14.11.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8707 of 2017, directed the Family Court, Dindigul to dispose of the case in M.C.No.176 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of that order.

2.Now, the learned Judge (FAC), Family Court, Dindigul by letter dated 26.03.2018 seeks further time to dispose of the case in M.C.No.176 of 2016.

3.Considering the same, this Court is inclined to grant further three months time to dispose of the case. 4.Accordingly, the learned Judge (FAC), Family Court, Dindigul is directed to dispose of the case in M.C.No.176 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
