O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2025 and conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, one M.Pathirakali, belongs to Samathuvapuram, Perurani, had approached the petitioner for arranging job to the petitioner and thereby, believing the words of the said Pathirakali, he paid a sum of Rs.5,90,000/-. Thereafter, she did not arranged job and also not returned money received by her. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 28.02.2025 to the second respondent for taking appropriate action, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner sent a representation dated 28.02.2025 for job rocketeering and the same is under enquiry. However, they will complete the enquiry within a month and will take appropriate action in accordance with law. Page No. 2 of 4

Considering the prayer of the petitioner, this Court recording the above said submission of the second respondent directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within period of one week from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
