2. No justification is made out for the delay of 102 days in approaching this Court by way of the present review application. That apart, the order, in respect of which review is sought, has proceeded on the basis that the seniority of the respondent qua the private respondent in the writ petition has been fixed correctly and no reason or ground has been set out even on the merits of the matter, justifying or warranting review.
