Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.This Court expressed its doubt regarding the maintainability of the writ petition. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

3.The matter concerns the affairs of the temple. It goes without saying if there is any potential threat to public tranquility, the jurisdictional police authority as well as the Executive Magistrate are obliged to step in and act in terms of Cr.P.C., provisions.
