The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.83 of 2014 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.83 of 2014.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.83 of 2014, before the Court concerned within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
