This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Thoothukudi, in Cr.M.P.No.268 of 2017, dated 12.06.2017, by registering a First Information Report and investigating the case accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner's son was discharged as per the final report and that therefore, this petition may be closed. However, the order of the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Thoothukudi, dated 12.06.2017, has to be complied with.

4. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to comply with the order passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
