ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the order in Crl.M.P(MD)No.883/2026 in Crl.OP(MD)No.23511/2025 dated 12.01.2026, the petitioners are ready to deposit the remaining amount to the credit of crime No.244/2025 after two months.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks two months time to pay the remaining amount.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.23511 of 2025 dated 12.01.2026 for a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
