PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to direct the respondent police to file the Final Report in Crime No.1319 of 2020 dated 13.06.2020 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant in crime No.1390 of 2020, on the file of the second respondent seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, on 15.03.2026 and so far, it has not been taken on file.

3. There shall be a direction to the second respondent police to verify that all the defects are rectified and charge sheet is taken on file by the concerned trial Court.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
