O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner, her mother Tamilarasi and her sister Erose under the guise of the registration of F.I.R. in Crime No.256 of 2016 against the petitioner husband and father.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed her under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner's husband is an accused in Crime No.256 of 2016 and he was called only for enquiry and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
