This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent and consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.07.2017, to the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent police under the guise of enquiry. He also submitted that the dispute is civil in nature.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that only the petition enquiry is pending and that there is no necessity to harass the petitioner. If the petitioner's presence is required for enquiry, it shall be done only after issuing summons to the petitioner and in the manner known to law.
