Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein not to construct any kind of construction including Bus stop opposite to the petitioner's house bearing Survey Nos.180, 220 and to consequently direct the respondents to shift the proposed location of the bus stop to some other location within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the respondents herein not to construct any kind of construction including Bus stop opposite to the petitioner's house bearing Survey Nos.180, 220 and to consequently direct the respondents to shift the proposed location of the bus stop to some other location within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court."

2. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that bus stand has been constructed in a different survey number and not in the above survey number.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
