ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 27.11.2015 made in W.P(MD) No.21107 of 2015, wherein this Court has issued a direction to the third respondent to continue the petitioner under the old pension scheme.

2. The Principal Accountant General (Accounts & Entitlements), Tamilnadu has issued proceedings dated 06.11.2025 for transfer of balance from CPS to PTPF made at their end through the Commissionerate of Treasuries and Accounts in New PTPF A/c.No. 655313/PTPF.

3. In view of the compliance of the order of this Court, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
