The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of the enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the respondents did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
