To call for the records and set aside the judgment and conviction dated 10.03.2023 made in Crl A No. 5 of 2015 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, confirming the judgment conviction dated 23.12.2014 made in C.C.No.28 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate(Fast Track Court) No.I, Nagercoil, acquit the petitioner and allow the Criminal Revision Petition.

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5909 of 2023 in Crl.R.C(MD).No.403 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
4. Considering the submissions made on either side and the petitioner already appeared before Court below only once in a month, this Court finds no merit to entertain this petition.
5.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
