: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned resolution of the Municipal Council, dated 19.08.2013, vide resolution No.3054, passed by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents not to convert the Health Centre situated in Vadasari Christopher Bus Stand at Nagercoil for any other purpose.

District Collector, in respect of the issue of shifting of Health Centre to another place and construction of shops in the place therein.

2. Keeping in mind the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicle Rules, as referred to in the Writ Petition, a decision shall be taken, after notice to all concerned, within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
