PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner's life and limb and consequently, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2020 against the delinquents.

2.The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is a direction to the police to give a protection to the petitioner. From the affidavit it is seen that the main grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the encroachment of the common area of the apartment. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that in this regard a complaint has been filed by the petitioner.
