This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction, directing the respondents to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.03.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 24.03.2018, but, so far, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
