ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant enquiry has been conducted and summons was issued, but the petitioner failed to appear. So far, any complaint or any enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

2.Since, no enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble in future, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
