ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first and second respondents and the learned Standing Counsel for the TANGEDCO. Though the petitioner had sought larger relief, the scope of the petition stands confined to seeking direction against the District Revenue Officer alone.

2.The petitioner's case is that for the error occurred during UDR, it is the District Revenue Officer, who is competent to set right the same. The petitioner has already given a representation, dated 18.05.2022. 3.The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass a final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent should put all the interested persons on notice before passing the final order. 3/5
